Get Found · Partner program
Partner agreement
1. What this is
This agreement is between you, the partner, and DP Projects, LLC ("we" or "us"). It covers the Get Found partner program.
You accept it by ticking the box on the partner form. We record the date, the time and the version you accepted. We only pay commission once you've accepted.
2. Your role
You introduce businesses to Get Found. We run the free check, answer their questions, sign them up, set everything up and support them.
You're independent. You're not our employee, agent or legal partner, and you can't sign anything or make promises for us, including about prices, results or features.
3. How a referral counts
- You get your own partner code. It gives the business 20% off their first payment.
- A business becomes your client when they make a payment with your code. Signing up alone doesn't count. If they start with the free trial, it counts when their first paid charge goes through.
- They can enter your code when they sign up, or later in their billing settings. Payments made before your code was entered don't earn commission.
- Your code is yours alone. If two partners introduce the same business, the partner whose code the business uses when it pays earns the commission.
- You can't use your code for your own business, or for a business you own or control.
4. What you earn
- 20% of what each of your clients actually pays us, after discounts and before taxes, for 12 months from their first payment with your code.
- After those 12 months, that client no longer earns you commission, even if they stay with us. It can't be restarted or renewed.
- Every new client you bring starts their own 12 months.
5. Your dashboard
Your partner dashboard shows your code, your clients, what you've earned and what we've paid you.
When a client's 12 months end and their last commission has been paid, we remove that client from your dashboard, so it only shows clients who are still earning for you. If the dashboard ever shows more than this agreement says you're owed, our monthly payment is the amount due under this agreement.
6. If you can't accept payment
Some professionals can't take pay for referrals. If you choose the gift option, you still get your own code: the businesses you send get 20% off their first payment, on top of the 14-day free trial every new client gets. You earn no commission.
You can switch between commission and the gift by emailing us. The change applies to businesses that sign up after it.
7. Getting paid
- We pay once a month, by PayPal, in US dollars. Each payment covers commission on client payments we received the month before, and reaches you within 30 days of that month's end.
- Keep your PayPal details up to date in your dashboard. If a payment fails because of wrong details, we hold it until you fix them.
- You're responsible for your own taxes. If you're in the US, we'll ask for a W‑9 before your first payment.
8. Cancellations and refunds
If a client cancels, commission from that client stops. If we refund a client, we don't take back commission we've already paid you.
9. Play fair
- No spam. Don't send bulk or unsolicited emails, texts or calls, and follow the anti-spam rules where you are, such as CAN‑SPAM and the TCPA in the US.
- Don't promise rankings, reviews or results. Nobody can guarantee them.
- When you recommend Get Found, say that you're a partner and that you earn a commission, unless you chose the gift option.
- Don't bid on "Get Found" or "DP Projects" in paid search, and don't present yourself as us.
- Use the materials we give you, like the deck, and don't change our logo.
- If we find fake, self-referred or misleading sign ups, we can end this straight away and we won't pay commission tied to them.
10. Ending this
Either of us can end this agreement at any time by giving 30 days' notice by email. We pay the commission you earned up to the end date, except as section 9 says, and then close your dashboard.
11. Client data
A business's account and data belong to that business. We handle personal information as our privacy policy describes. If you tell us about a business, make sure you're allowed to share what you tell us.
12. The fine print, kept short
- Changes. We may update this agreement. We'll email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect. If you keep taking part after that, the new version applies. Every version stays online.
- Liability. We run the program as it is, without promises about how much you'll earn. Neither of us is responsible to the other for indirect losses, like lost profits. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the commission we paid you in the 12 months before a claim.
- Your part. If a claim is made against us because you broke this agreement or the law, you'll cover our reasonable costs.
- Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Whole agreement. This is everything we've agreed about the partner program. If one part turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
